1. Record checklist
2. Inspect moisture content and relative humidity.
3. Replace HEPA filters
4. Re-clean the carpet
5. Re-certify the house as a SaniEx

Yearly:

1. Record checklist
2. Inspect moisture content and relative humidity.
3. Dust Out
4. Clean HVAC Air handler unit and air duct.
5. Replace HEPA filters
6. Hot water Extraction.
7. Apply anti-allergen.
8. Re-certify the house as a SaniEx
